Lindsey brings 14 years of experience as a dorm parent and educator in the US, along with five years overseeing Reach support and implementation at her boarding school.

Kristen Tobin

Director of School Success
Kristen brings over 20 years of experience in schools, leading teams and programs with success. Beginning her career in healthcare, she now applies a patient-centered approach as an administrator, dorm parent, and coach in boarding schools.

Joslyn Volpi

Customer Support Specialist
Joslyn has over seven years of experience in boarding school operations, specializing in student and residential life. She previously managed travel, duty scheduling, and streamlined operations at an international boarding school in Switzerland, and now brings that hands-on Reach experience to support schools.

Director
Brian brings extensive experience as a teacher and Director in US and Canadian boarding and day schools. With a Master’s in Educational Leadership, he combines his passion for education and technology to develop innovative tools, leading projects at Reach since 2014 while staying attuned to the evolving culture of education.

Claudia Chavez

Director of Marketing and Sales
Claudia brings 20 years in Sales and Marketing and a decade in International Admissions and Summer Camps at a Canadian boarding school. Originally trained as an engineer, she found her true passion in connecting with people and loves meeting others across Canada and around the world who share her enthusiasm for education.
