New Partnership with Mission Mobile
for Enhanced SMS Services
We are thrilled to announce an exciting new development that will enhance your communication capabilities within our platform. Reach is now partnering with Mission Mobile to offer robust SMS services!
With Reach x Mission Mobile, you can ensure that no important message is missed.
Our platform now supports three main methods for contacting any individual user or group of users:
• Email: Send emails seamlessly using the Reach email server.
• Push Messages: Free messages sent to the Reach mobile app (ensure users have the app installed and phone notifications activated).
• SMS: Send SMS messages directly (when SMS messaging is connected to Reach).
To start the onboarding process with Mission Mobile for SMS, please fill out the form. Once the form is submitted, a representative from Mission Mobile will contact your school to begin the setup process.


New Partnership Integration: ATLS Location Service to Enhance School Safety & Operations
We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with ELi Technology Inc. and GeoComm. This collaboration integrates the "ATLS Location Service" within Reach’s Emergency Response Safety application, enhancing school safety and emergency management.
The ATLS Service, developed by ELi Technology and supported by GeoComm, offers precise indoor location intelligence down to the classroom and floor level. This integration provides more accurate student locator and emergency management capabilities, delivering vital location information for various scenarios, from routine check-ins to emergency situations like threats, lockdowns, and evacuations.
ATLS improves situational awareness for school safety stakeholders by sharing accurately mapped incident locations via Reach’s platform with designated personnel and external law enforcement. This service requires no additional infrastructure changes or ongoing maintenance costs and respects privacy and security.
